What is your return policy? TOP
All sales are final on personalized items -- unless an error was made that differs from the original order. If so, we will correct the error. All other items are returnable for exchange only within 15 days.
Can I cancel my order? TOP
If you need to cancel your order email us immediately through the "contact us" link at the top of the website. If your order has not yet been processed, we will happily cancel it. If the order has been processed you may not cancel.
How much is shipping? TOP
Shipping is $8 for the 1st item; $5 for the next two items and $3 for the next 5 items. Shipping is FREE to one address if your purchases total $100 or more. If you have more than one shipping address, standard shipping rates would apply for the remaining addresses. Note, all shipping costs exclude Sweet Pea Stationary products, as they are based on weight.
How long does it take to receive my item? TOP
Most items ship in 2-3 weeks unless otherwise noted via UPS, FedEX or US Postal Service depending on products.
Can you RUSH Ship? TOP
If you need Rush shipping, please email us (using the contact us feature) prior to your order so we can get you a shipping estimate on cost and timing.
Do you ship outside the 48 Continental US States? TOP
No, unfortunately right now we are unable to ship outside of the 48 Continental US States. If orders are received outside of this area they will not be processed and an email will be sent canceling the orders.

Do you offer gift wrapping? TOP
All our gifts come wrapped in our signature brown with light blue tulle ribbon! The only products that do not come wrapped are the Sweet Pea Design paper products because they ship to you direct from the factory.
